Boeing Lawyer Again Slated for Senate Panel Vote on Joining NLRB

A Senate committee plans to consider a Boeing Co. lawyer’s nomination to join the National Labor Relations Board on Dec. 3, marking the third time it scheduled the Trump pick for a vote.

The Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee announced Monday its plan to vote on approving Boeing chief labor counsel Scott Mayer to join the board. It previously scheduled votes on Mayer’s nomination for Oct. 9 and then for Nov. 19 before postponing consideration.
