Bimbo Bakeries USA Inc. was hit with a third wage lawsuit brought by a delivery driver who was dropped from a New Hampshire based Fair Labor Standards Act collective action.
Andre Roberts, who delivered breads and baked goods for Bimbo in Massachusetts, sued Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts under the FLSA and state wage law. He was cut from the New Hampshire collective in April after the court said it lacked jurisdiction over the claims of individuals who didn’t work in that state.
