• Baker Donelson added 26 attorneys, including a health-care transactional team, a litigation team, and several real estate attorneys, in New Jersey from Epstein Becker Green. • Garret Mooney, a blind assistant state’s attorney in Baltimore, has built a legal career handling a range of cases, including assault, drug possession, and firearms charges. Legally blind since his teens, Mooney began as a law clerk and now works in the Baltimore State’s Attorney’s Office misdemeanor jury trial unit, where he handles about 40 to 60 cases at a time.
