O’Melveny Taps Commerce Department’s Reema Shah as Partner

Reema Shah joined O’Melveny & Myers as a partner in its securities litigation and financial services practice group and artificial intelligence industry group in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Shah represents and advises multinational and domestic companies, boards of directors, officers, and investors on federal regulation, enforcement, and litigation, particularly in the technology sector and on artificial intelligence, the firm said.

She joins from the Commerce Department, where she was deputy general counsel.
