Justin Hamill joined Silver Lake as managing director and chief legal officer, the firm announced April 17.
Hamill will replace Karen King, who was promoted to managing director and chief operating officer. King will oversee human resources, government affairs, and investor relations functions, the firm said.
Hamill served as outside counsel to Silver Lake for more than a decade, and will lead the firm’s global legal and compliance function.
He joins from Latham & Watkins.
