Mayer Brown has added four partners—Craig Frame, Jim Kelly, Aaron Murdock, and Matt Wells—focused on emerging companies and venture capital in Salt Lake City, Utah, the law firm said Thursday.
Frame, Murdock, and Wells advise companies on corporate, securities, financings, and M&A matters. Kelly advises investment management firms, according to Mayer Brown.
The firm opened the Salt Lake City outpost in January to enhance its offerings for technology and investment clients. Mayer Brown has represented a number of major tech companies, including Facebook, eBay, StubHub, PayPal and Spokeo.
