An armed man who was arrested outside the home of Brett Kavanaugh in 2022 plans to plead guilty to a criminal indictment charging him with attempting to assassinate the Supreme Court justice.
Nicholas Roske “wishes to plead guilty to the one-count indictment,” his lawyers said in a letter submitted Wednesday in the US District Court for the District of Maryland.
