A group of Cuban doctors who claim they were forced into working for Brazil’s Mais Medicos program may advance one of three proposed Trafficking Victims Protection Act class claims against the Pan American Health Organization for its role as a financial intermediary for the two Latin American governments, a federal judge in Washington said Monday.
