The Washington Nationals Baseball Club LLC and a former Christian scout, who was fired for not getting vaccinated against Covid-19, have agreed to dismiss the scout’s retaliation suit.
In a joint stipulation, the parties told the US District Court for the District of Columbia Thursday that the dismissal will be with prejudice.
