Washington Nats to Face Unvaccinated Scout’s Retaliation Claims

A former scout for the Washington Nationals Baseball Club LLC can pursue claims that he was fired in retaliation for opposing the team’s mandatory Covid-19 vaccination policy, a federal judge ruled Friday.

Under that policy, Bernard Gallo and other employees were given until Aug. 26, 2021, to get a first Covid shot and until Sept. 26, 2021, to get fully vaccinated.
