The Trump administration is not allowed to enforce its ban on transgender military servicemembers while a lawsuit against the rule proceeds through the appeals process, the San Francisco-based US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled.
The court on Monday rejected the government’s emergency motion to pause a lower court’s ruling from last week that temporarily blocked the ban.
