Tennessee Gets Block on Age-Verification Law Lifted on Appeal

Tennessee may enforce a law requiring websites that offer sexual content to verify users’ ages after the Sixth Circuit vacated a lower court’s preliminary injunction blocking it.

The ruling Tuesday from the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit follows an earlier decision from the appeals court putting the federal district court’s injunction on hold pending the outcome of the appeal.
