Arguments over the fate of President Barack Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, which the Trump administration wants to undo, will unfold at the U.S. Supreme Court on Nov. 12.
On this latest Sneak Peek episode, hosts Kimberly Robinson and Jordan Rubin preview the DACA argument as well as other important ones that might be flying under the radar. These include a case dealing with race discrimination and another on a shooting at the Mexican border that’s making its second appearance before the justices.
