SCOTUS Clinics Growing Pipeline to Appellate Work

Law school Supreme Court clinics provide quality representation to groups who can least afford it and act as an avenue for top appellate jobs.

Stanford Roots: The first Supreme Court clinic was established about 15 years ago at Stanford Law School.

Hands On: “It’s one thing to study constitutional law and the Supreme Court in the abstract in a classroom, and it’s another to then actually be working on actual Supreme Court briefs and cases,” said Baker Botts partner Scott Keller.
