Nasdaq rules aimed at putting more women and minorities on corporate boards will face Fifth Circuit scrutiny again as the full court reviews a three-judge panel’s decision to toss a conservative case contesting the regulations.

The full US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit will look at the October decision from judges Carl Stewart, James Dennis and Stephen Higginson, according to an order issued late Monday. The court did not explain its reasoning.
