Gun rights advocates failed to convince the Third Circuit that it should revisit an opinion upholding New Jersey’s ban on large capacity magazines.
Exceeded Question: The court yesterday said a previous ruling by a three-judge panel of the same court went beyond the question of the likelihood of success, and very plainly held that the prohibition doesn’t violate the Second, Fifth, or 14th Amendments as plaintiffs contend.
