‘Significant’ Change: The measure, which President Joe Biden is poised to sign, will guarantee that victims of workplace sexual harassment or assault are free to pursue lawsuits in court—“one of the most significant changes to employment law in years,” as Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) said in a floor speech before the chamber’s voice vote.
