Jan. 6 Rioter’s Convictions Upheld in Appeal Over D.C. Jury Pool

A radio host who stormed the US Capitol on Jan. 6 failed to persuade a federal appeals court Friday that he didn’t get a fair trial in D.C. because of the related congressional hearings.

Darrell Neely didn’t show that the jury pool had been biased by news coverage of the House hearings even if they saw them, the US Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit said.
