A crypto company is suing law firm Gibson Dunn & Crutcher for allegedly seeking to drop it as a client in favor of digital assets giant Tether.

Swan Bitcoin on Friday asked a Los Angeles court to block the firm from withdrawing from the company’s trade secrets suit against a group of contractors who worked on a joint venture between Swan and Tether. The company also wants to bar Gibson Dunn from taking on Tether as a client.
