The US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit plans to hold oral argument at Catholic University’s law school, reviving its once regular practice to visit local law schools for the first time since before the pandemic.
The April 11 session at the Columbus School of Law was announced Thursday. Judges Sri Srinivasan, Robert Wilkins and J. Michelle Childs are scheduled to sit on the panel for three cases, which include a Jewish organization’s fight to recover sacred texts from the Russian government.
