Amazon, Ex-Warehouse Worker End Bias Suit Over Religious Jewelry

Amazon.com Services LLC and one of its former employees agreed to dismiss litigation claiming the company terminated her for refusing to take off jewelry she wore as part of religious practices.

The company and Cecilia Thompson sought to dismiss the suit with prejudice on Sept. 19, according to a stipulation filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
