President Donald Trump’s campaign lost a bid to stay a district court lawsuit alleging it illegally texted voters.
The campaign failed to show the case is “exceptional” to merit a stay, John R. Tunheim, chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, wrote in a July 26 order.
