Collision Communications Inc. accuses the California-based tech giant of infringing US Patent Nos. 7,463,703, 7,920,651, 7,593,492, and 6,947,505 with various iPhone, iPad, and Mac products that use 4G, 5G, and Wi-Fi technologies.
Collision’s complaint, filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas, asserts the same four patents a federal jury found Samsung infringed in October with its electronics.
