Generac Beats Investor Lawsuit Over Generator Inventory, Demand

Generac Holdings Inc. and two top executives defeated shareholder allegations the company misrepresented selling through its excess generator inventory while consumer demand slowed in 2023.

The investor leading the case didn’t adequately plead the level of intent or recklessness to defraud them about inventory normalization or macroeconomic factors, Judge Pamela Pepper said, dismissing the proposed class action Tuesday.
