OSHA has again cited
This time, the citation came at an Amazon distribution center in Colorado Springs, Colo., the Occupational Safety and Health Administration said Thursday. OSHA alleged a single serious violation of the agency’s general duty clause and proposed a $15,625 fine—the maximum penalty for a serious violation.
