The Occupational Safety and Health Administration said Wednesday that it had issued citations to distribution centers in Aurora, Colo.; Nampa, Idaho; and Castleton, N.Y., and sent the facilities hazard alert letters for exposing workers to ergonomic hazards.
Proposed fines total $46,875, the maximum penalty OSHA can assess for three serious violations.
