Puritan’s Pride LLC settled negligence, product liability, and breach of warranty claims from a woman who said the company’s daily multivitamin was contaminated with harmful bacteria.
The parties filed a joint notice of settlement Monday in the US District Court for the Central District of California. The filing didn’t contain details of the settlement. Attorneys for both parties didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
