Just For Men maker Combe Inc. doesn’t disclose that its men’s hair dye products can cause burns, scarring, and severe allergic reactions, an Ohio man alleges in a new suit.
Samuel Pettis says he used Just For Men as directed and experienced burning, blistering, and other symptoms so extreme that he required emergency room treatment.
Thousands of consumers a year are severely and permanently injured by Just For Men products, Pettis alleges in his Jan. 25 complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
