A California woman has dropped a consumer deception suit over certain recalled Bissell Homecare Inc. cordless vacuum cleaners following a confidential settlement.
Pearl Tabot filed a proposed class suit against Bissell in January, alleging it deceived consumers about the appliances’ safety and didn’t adequately publicize a recall over possible fire risk.
