Nebraska Brings Latest Suit Against Roblox Over Kids’ Safety

Nebraska is suing Roblox Corp. for failing to protect kids from inappropriate content and child predators online, adding to the growing number of lawsuits from state attorneys general against the platform over its handling of kids’ safety.

The online gaming platform didn’t implement basic safety controls to protect child users, exposing them to child pornography, predators, and violent and sexual content, according to a complaint filed Wednesday in the District Court of Adams County, Neb.
