Popular online video game Roblox is facing another suit, this time from Texas, for failing to protect children from adult sexual predators.
The suit from Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) follows complaints against Roblox from Louisiana and Kentucky, and an investigation from Florida. The company also faces dozens of private lawsuits.
“Roblox is a sprawling and unregulated digital playground that is overrun by predators and saturated with sexual content,” Paxton alleged in state court suit Thursday.
