Arcis Golf LLC settled claims it failed to protect the sensitive information of more than 10,000 employees exposed in a November data breach.
Parties told the judge they’d reached a classwide settlement in a joint notice filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas. They asked the judge to vacate all deadlines and set a 45-day deadline for the plaintiff to file a motion for preliminary approval of class action settlement.
