A company operating nearly 70 US golf clubs has been hit with a proposed class action alleging it failed to adequately protect employees’ personal information ahead of a data breach.
Named plaintiff Carl Boles’s complaint against Arcis Golf LLC, filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas, accuses the company of failing to safeguard the personally identifiable information it collected from him and other current and former employees.
