Dropout TV owner Connected Ventures LLC settled a proposed class action accusing it of violating federal law by sharing its viewers’ data with Meta Platforms Inc. and others without consent.

  • The parties reached a settlement in principle, according to a judge’s dismissal order filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. No information about the agreement was disclosed.
