Acris Golf’s $950,000 Staff Data Breach Settlement Sent to Judge

Arcis Golf LLC, a company operating nearly 70 golf clubs in the US, has agreed to pay nearly $1 million to settle claims it failed to protect employees’ personal information ahead of a 2023 data breach.

Plaintiffs Carl Boles and Brian Clapp asked for preliminary approval of the parties’ settlement of the proposed class action in an unopposed motion filed Monday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
