A leading anti-abortion group is asking a federal court to stop New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) from taking legal actions that would prevent its members from discussing abortion pill reversal with their patients.
National Institute for Family and Life Advocates sued James in the US District Court for the Western District of New York on May 24, saying her May 6 state-court lawsuit against other anti-abortion pregnancy centers had chilled their speech about abortion alternatives.
