Combs Appeal Tests New Sentencing Rule
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ bid to undo his four-year sentence is giving Second Circuit judges a chance to apply a fresh federal sentencing rule — and they’re struggling with it.
“This is an exceptionally difficult case,” Judge William Nardini said after two hours of oral arguments. (The hearing was scheduled to last 20 minutes.)
