Diddy Appeal Has Judges Wrestling With ‘Exceptionally’ Hard Case

Second Circuit judges questioned whether a lower court handed Sean “Diddy” Combs an improperly long four-year sentence as the panel on Thursday appeared undecided and peppered attorneys with questions.

“This is an exceptionally difficult case,” Judge William J. Nardini said at the close of the two-hour hearing in the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
