A group of Democratic voters who challenged the boundaries of New York City’s sole GOP-held House seat agreed to drop their lawsuit after the US Supreme Court blocked an order to redraw the district.
The voters, who sued the New York Board of Elections, agreed to dismiss the case with prejudice and bear their own litigation costs, according to a stipulation filed in a state trial court in Manhattan on Thursday.
