Yeti Coolers LLC beat a lawsuit that alleged it shared its customers’ personal information with a third-party online payment processor without consent.
The allegations are conclusory and inadequate to draw an inference that Yeti knew its payment processor Adyen was allegedly violating consumers’ privacy, Judge Rita F. Lin of the US District Court for the Northern District of California wrote in a March 14 order.
