Watson Clinic $10 Million Data Breach Settlement Gets Final Nod

Watson Clinic LLP’s $10 million settlement to resolve a data breach suit recieved final approval from a federal court along with an attorneys’ fee award of $3.3 million.

The breach reported to the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida included medical images from Watson’s current and former patients, as well as government identifiers and financial information.
