View Inc.'s Investors Get Suit Over Accounting Revived for Now

View Inc. investors can proceed for now with claims over the bankrupt “smart glass” window maker’s warranty accounting, a federal court said.

The lead plaintiff for the proposed class, Stadium Capital LLC, has standing to sue, Judge Beth Labson Freeman of the US District Court for the Northern District of California said Wednesday in throwing out her earlier decision on the issue. Freeman said she’ll soon address View’s other arguments for dismissal.
