Vexus Fiber Customer Drops Suit Over Network Access Fees (1)

Vexus Fiber LLC won’t have a defend a proposed class action after a customer dropped his claims alleging the company unlawfully charged a hidden “junk” mandatory “Network Access Fee” that significantly increased the cost of its internet services.

Colin LaCrue moved to voluntarily dismiss the case without prejudice on Tuesday, and the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas terminated the case the same day, according to the docket.
