A female soccer player recruited to University of California, Berkeley who sued the university, athletics director, and head coach alleging sexual harassment will have her case heard in state trial court.
The California Supreme Court on Wednesday declined the university’s petition to review an appellate panel’s ruling that revived Renee Thomas’s suit, saying she should have been given a chance to amend the filing.
