Touchstream Falls Short in Bid for New Trial Against Charter

Touchstream Technologies Inc. failed to convince a district court that it deserved a new trial following a jury verdict in favor of Charter Communications Inc. in a patent infringement lawsuit.

“The Court finds nothing in what Touchstream has raised, either individually or collectively, which warrants setting aside the Jury’s verdict and ordering a new trial,” Judge Rodney Gilstrap said in a memorandum opinion and order Monday.
