Thomas J. Henry PLLC, a Texas personal injury firm known for ubiquitous roadside advertising, has settled claims from a former employee who said she was drugged and assaulted by the firm’s chief executive during an event.
The plaintiff—Clarissa Spear, a former office manager—and the firm agreed to dismiss the claims with prejudice, according to a filing Wednesday in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas.
The agreed dismissal comes two months after the parties informed the court that they had participated in mediation per a judge’s order and reached a settlement.
