Thomas J. Henry CEO Assaulted Office Manager, Lawsuit Alleges

Thomas J. Henry PLLC, a prominent personal injury firm in Texas, is being sued in federal court by a former office manager who says she was sexually assaulted by the firm’s chief executive officer and that when she requested an investigation the firm’s namesake threatened to fire her.
