Thomas J. Henry PLLC, the mega Texas personal injury firm, has resolved a second case involving allegations of sexual misconduct one day after resolving the first.
The firm entered into an agreed dismissal with Rigel Harris, a production assistant who says she was assaulted by the director of a film commissioned by and featuring Henry, according to a filing Oct. 25 in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas.
The claims are dismissed with prejudice, the filing said.
“The case is over and has been dismissed,” said Harris’ lawyer, Jay Ellwanger, of Ellwanger Henderson LLLP.
