Target, White Ex-Worker End Race, Age Bias, and Harassment Suit

A White, male ex-employee of Target Corp. agreed to drop his harassment, disparate treatment, and wrongful termination lawsuit against the retailer.

Christopher Aspdal and Target agreed to dismiss the lawsuit with prejudice, according to a joint stipulation filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas. The parties didn’t disclose what led to the dismissal of the suit filed Jan. 20. Neither party immediately responded to a request for comment Thursday.
