Stifel Nicolaus, Female Employee Settle Sexual Harassment Claims

Stifel Nicolaus & Co. and a female worker who alleged sexual assault, harassment, and retaliation against the wealth management company and several employees have settled her claims.

Advised that the matter has settled, Judge Joan M. Azrack with the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York dismissed the case, subject to possible reinstatement within 60 days, she said in a minute order Thursday.
